Black is Beautiful.

Good Music.

Mr. Hudson's album is out on October 19th. I'll be purchasing it. You know you gotta support influential, inspiring, and new artists. I bought Kid Cudi's album a couple weeks ago. Ryan Leslie's drops later on in the month. These past couple months have really produced good music.

Keri Hilson even did a cover to Mr. Hudson's supernova hit.

Vibe Out.

Ripped from the homegirl Jas. Peep out her blog... http://glamorouslyaloof.blogspot.com/.

Black in America.

We all could do it too. The Animashaun Name. The CoKeem Name. Whatever the name might be. Make history with it.

Love That Girl.

Seems kinda funny. I would watch it. Would you?

Style!

This is how I want to dress as my years progress. I'll add hints of color when I go out. But besides that, cool and simple is the look.

Old School Struting!

Raphael Saadiq is on man! If you haven't heard his album entitled The Way I See It go buy or download it. He's been in the game for 20 plus years. He was the main voice behind Tony Toni Tone, one of the most soulful R&B groups ever. They produced hits like Just Me & U and All I Ask of You. Raphael Saadiq is one of those artists that comes out with music that you can play 10 years from now. In ten years, I'll be 28 and I'll still have Instant Vintage on my iTunes. Peace and Much Love!

The '09 Big Show.

The 2009 Big Show at CSUN was extremely stimulable. This was my first Big Show, given that im a freshman at Cal State University Northridge. I heard last year, the associated students managed to get Ludacris to perform. But i also heard they were dreading that decision as soon as he hit the stage uttering slanderous and obscene words to the crowd, women in general. On a lighter note, this years Big Show bought intriguing entertainment that you couldn't help but join in.

I jetted over to the Big Show with my big bro. The video above shows me dominating him in the obstacle course. Felt like i was back on the football field. Lol. After that cooled off with some ice cream then watched Lupe do his thing. Lupe Fiasco is a ill performer. He was feeding off the crowds' energy and likewise. Lupe was inticing us with water to stay focused. Lol. (Didn't show him throwing water bottles in the crowd. He gotta watch that new Chris Rock movie. Haha) All in all, the Big Show was a "cool" thing for CSUN. In the words of Lupe Fiasco, "peace and much love to ya!"

Forever!

By far, one of the best tribute songs/videos. LeBron defiantly is in many ways like Jordan. This is also a good time to bring up the importance of a good name. Imagine if LeBron James name was Malcolm James or Robert James, it wouldn't have the same iconic presence that LeBron has. Even Kobe. Thats a ill name too. Look at any great icon figure. Magic Johnson, Ali, Spike Lee. They all have intriguing names. I think CoKeem is gonna be up there one day. Holla!
